Thanks for your patience and support! Version 6.30 Released! May 23, 2008 The latest update to version 6 has been released. This release corrects any known issues and includes a variety of feature improvements, some new options for customizing sites, update WSIWYG editor, etc. Be sure to read the changes.txt file for the list of changes including some minor database adjustments you may wish to make to your store and other changes. You can download the new release from your account area after logging in. Version 6.21 Released! February 28, 2008 This is a fairly small update, but does have a few important fixes from the last release. It also includes an update for PayPal Standard orders, the store will now display a full order invoice for these customers after they complete their order. Download your copy of the upgrade from your Account area. Version 6.20 Released! January 28, 2008 he version 6.20 update for CFWebstore 6 has been released and is available for download. This includes all the bug fixes found to date and it is strongly recommended that version 6 users download and install this update. This release also includes quite a few improvements to existing features and a few new ones as well. You'll find a new function for outputting a list of store best sellers, new selection for order downloads, improvements to the layout files, and the latest WSIWYG editor which should have support for the current Safari version. Product tax is now automatically applied by default and the address functions have been updated to require a state selection for US and Canada customers. The documentation folder contains the full version information with a list of corrections made in version.txt and the files that need to be replaced and added are listed in changes.txt. As always, it's highly recommended that you use a file comparison tool such as ExamDiff Pro for completing the upgrade. Be sure to do a full search-and-replace on the version/copyright header before doing your comparison, since this will be changed on all files. Version 6.10 Released! October 28, 2007 Version 6.10 has been released which corrects all known issues in version 6 and improves on some features such as gift registries and recurring billing. This is a recommended update for all version 6 users. New Blog for CFWebstore September 18, 2007 The new CFWebstore Blog is now up and running. Get a semi-weekly dose of CFWebstore, ColdFusion and/or ecommerce news and tips. Search the archives for more information on custom coding and setting up your sites! Version 6.03 Released! September 12, 2007 The latest version release for 6.x is now available. This includes all the bug fixes and updates added to this point, including a number of corrections for support on BlueDragon and Unix. Registered users may download a copy from their account area. Update Scripts Now Available! August 16, 2007 Scripts are now available to update version 5 stores to version 6, you will find then in the "update" directory of version 6.02+. Please note that scripts are only available for MySQL and SQL server, since Access does not support running a sql script with many queries. It's highly recommended you not run live stores on Access so now may be a good time to look at upgrading your database if you do! Version 6.02 Released! August 15, 2007 Version 6.02 has been released with a variety of fixes, such as syntax corrections for SQL server, updates for BlueDragon and Railo support, updates for PayPal support and more. Registered users can download the new version from their account area. Version 6.01 Released July 21, 2007 The version 6.01 update for CFWebstore 6 has been released and is available for download. This includes all the bug fixes found to date as well as some new and improved features. Be sure to check out the new cascading DHTML menu builder for instance! It also includes the latest release of FCKEditor which includes the built-in spell check feature for Firefox and an updated admin menu which uses Spry to automatically update the pending item counters. Version 5.73 has been released! February 23, 2007 The version 5.73 update for CFWebstore 5 has been released and is available for download. This is mainly a bug release update with some fairly important fixes so please take the time to update your stores. It also includes the latest release of FCKEditor which includes a new full-screen editing button, nice for handling large amounts of text in your descriptions. It also includes some security improvments to help prevent cross-site scripting attacks. For those of you on a ColdFusion 7 server, you may wish to add a "scriptprotect" setting to the cfapplication tag in the database.cfm page for additional security against these types of attacks. See the ColdFusion documentation for more information. The update is available through your Account area on cfwebstore.com. Just download the CFWebstore 5.x file again to get this new version. |
