Support Options

I've always believed a product is only as good as the support you can get when you run into problems. Dogpatch Software is known for providing great support and fast answers to your questions. There are several options for you to receive help.

Documentation
CFWebstore comes with a 150+ page user's manual with detailed information on all the features, setting up the software, programmer's guide, custom tags available and more. Available in both MS Word and PDF format, a quick search can often bring up the exact information you need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Be sure to check the list of common questions and answers first. There are many common mistakes people make when setting up their stores and I am always adding new tips for these "gotchas" that you might run into.

Email List
The email list on Yahoogroups is a great source of information. You can search the archives, get help and tips from other users, and we always try to ensure that every questions gets answered if no one else is able to help. For custom coding questions or help with using the software, this is definitely your best place to go.

If you need direct help, email works best. I answer emails very promptly and can be reached at times when phone support might not be available (away on vacation for instance). Just click the link above to use our email support form. If you really prefer phone support, contact me for paid tech support options. If you would like a pre-sales phone chat, just leave a callback number and I will get in touch as soon as possible.

Live Chat
You can also page me using the Live Chat button on the left menu. There may not always be someone available, but I do my best to have it turned on as much as possible during the week. Generally your best shot is during normal EST daytime hours, afternoons and evenings. If the chat button is missing, that usually means the office is closed for an extended vacation and not available for chat.
